Our Client Onboarding Process is Simple
Client Packet
Dickinson Properties, LLC. will explain our value and answer any questions. The Client, by contract, will secure our tailored services. We will collect the subject property, bank account, and payment details. We will collect a W-9, necessary authorizations, and just a few other miscellaneous docs depending on services requested and property specifics.
Property Assessment
A thorough, in-person property assessment will be conducted including unit layout, utilities and mechanicals, physical structure, property details, and other specifics. We will then collect all current leases, tenant info, and keys. We will then assess for urgent repair or maintenance items, devise and recommend a preventative maintenance schedule, and identify possible tenant safety issues, if any.
Manage
After all paperwork and property details are gathered, we will plug you into our property management software, orient our vendors to your property, and communicate with your tenants. We will then provide immediate solutions to any issues and maintain open communication with Owners.
